"Horrible customer service. Order a refrigerator was suppose to be delivered today December 12th between 12-4pm. Took off work so I could wait for it. They even sent two text to verify the address and ask if the date was still okay. Come 4:00 no call and no refrigerator. Called their delivery number and was told there was a mix up at the warehouse and it wouldn’t be delivered until the 15th. Apparently wasn’t even planning to call me and tell me this. Might be going to Home Depot or somewhere else to buy something from now on."

"I wish I could have spent Thanksgiving cooking in my own home with family and friends. I ordered a stove, refrigerator and microwave on October 8. They were supposed to be delivered on October 22. Received an email of new delivery date of October 30, then Nov 4, and every week through Thanksgiving. Last Wednesday I was told that the appliances were definitely at the DC and would be at the store yesterday. Well guess what, yesterday I got an email of 12/8. There’s a real possibility I won’t have appliances for Christmas. I begged someone to dig deeper to figure out why after so much time still no appliances. I was told Samsung is to blame for sending the appliances to Texas DC instead of GA DC. All this time I’ve been asking for help and they’re just now realizing our stuff is in Texas? I can’t honestly say this would never have happened if I had gone to the other big box retailer or a mom and pop. Trying to find a number to corporate is like trying to find the lost sock from the laundry. Maybe if I post this everywhere someone from corporate will see it and help me get my appliances."

"We went in today to look at flooring for our new construction. We were met by a lady by the name of Aquaria. She was excellent at making this process so much easier. Aquaria and the rest of the staff helped us in making an informed decision, and they saved us quite a bit of money by getting a Lowes credit card and getting volume discounts on the purchase. We could not be happier with the staff. Kudos to Aquaria!!!!!"

"Terrible experience renting a steam cleaner. Was told when picking it up Bissell had just cleaned it well. This was not the case. It SMELLED awful and hair and fur was throughout the unit. I took it outside and cleaned it myself. Then cleaned my carpets. When bringing it back The customer service reps were extremely rude and not willing to give any concessions about the fact it was dirty. Even said it was a little dirty from when I brought it back. Had to take it back to the house and clean it a second time even though it was 3x cleaner than when I got it. Frustrated with the complete lack of customer service."

"Finally decided to get some plants for my porch and my desk. Huge selection and very helpful employees to help guide me to what was best. As a complete beginner for plants it can be overwhelming seeing all the options but I was very pleased with my purchases and hope they thrive. Also found a really cute desk plant that I fell in love with and just had to have lol."
