"Went to buy some maternity items with a gift card I recieved for a return from another Goodwill. The black woman at the counter immediately had an attitude when I asked her how her day was going which was already offputting. Told her I hope her day got better and she said it would get better when she went home. Then she rang me up and refused to let me use my gift card claiming they don't take them, and upon looking up the locations that take the exact gift card I have, the location was indeed on the list and she was just stupid. Ruined my day, made a trip all the way there for nothing and ended up spending more money out of my pocket instead of the money on the gift card that I very much should have been able to use. Goodwill is a scam anyway, but this one takes the cake. I hope the lady gets herself fired."
"Was here on 9/3 and the one that was running the register was horrible. She had zero customer service skills and this is definitely someone that should NOT be dealing with the public… Get a new career girl! Possibly warden in the prison system."
