"Upon entering the store I was made aware that they did not have a handicapped cart available for use. At one time they did have 1 cart at this store. I am a double amputee & was with my 91 yo mother who was looking for shoes. The shoe department in this store is all the way in the back North East corner."
"Stopped in from out of town I was passing through gonna pick up some things. I'm in the back no one is there but the nice girl behind the counter. I got a few items and she did a price check. We were in the middle of scopes when some manager appearing guy. I'm trying to buy a scope that's behind the counter. Here he comes directing her to do something for him like I'm not even there. I'm just standing there and finally I ask how it's gonna take them to do whatever it is that's so important. Dude tells me I pay for my things up front. Dude I was trying to buy a scope but not now. Wow nothing like trying to stop in a store and make some purchases only to have to tell people how not to treat customers and not make those purchases."
"My first experience with the curbside service. I ordered online, waited for my pickup confirmation, got to my spot, checked in, and didn't have to wait long at all even though there was only one young man bringing out the orders. Great job, BTW!!!"
"Mr. EC Alfred was the most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. I wish I had read the reviews before I went to purchase a weapon. Waited over an hour for him to come and complete paperwork. Diamond was an excellent sales person."
