"Today My daughter and I were harassed and discriminated against by an " employee " of this location. The employee is named Joy, but since she was a " 3rd party employee for the maintenance facilities", Colby the floor manager and Patrick the Co-manager "could not do anything " This location is as embarrassing as the dead fish it has in the pond outside as you walk in. Update 01/17/2024- After Bass Pro Comments. I was contacted by Mike O’Brien, the Market Manager for the Macon and Savanah area BassPro. He placed the blame on the 3rd party vendor and then the regional housekeeping manager, Riley Smith, who is the 3rd party vendor contacted me. After a few lengthy discussions with both, nothing was resolved. Neither the vendor nor BassPro has offered any solution to make sure this type of discrimination and harassment doesn't happen again. And unfortunately neither myself or my daughter have felt comfortable to come back to this location or the Acworth, GA Cabelas that we use to frequent. As of this update, it has been a month since this traumatic experience has happened and nothing has happened to the employee or corrective training for the staff, as far as I've been made aware, so that I can feel comfortable coming back to this location or any other BassPro or Cabelas."
"I came in over the weekend to potentially buy a firearm. Due to my circumstances, I had more questions than anything else however I have found that the gun counter employees aren’t interested in helping you with anything at all unless you come in knowing exactly what you’re talking about even though there were at least 10 guys working back there, so I’ll take my questions elsewhere because that was embarrassing. It could have been a great, helpful, informative experience but it was the absolute opposite."

"I really love this location for bass pro shops! It has a wide variety of selections and I was able to find everything I wanted! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable on all the products.. Felicia was the employee who helped me find where everything was. She was also helpful to answer any questions I had! I will definitely be back!"
"Now everybody of all ages loves Bass Pro Shop!! Even just to walk around and look. Especially at Christmas Time with Santa!! Fun activities, pictures with Claus, even a special Christmas event with hot chocolate."
