"Bugs! Roach in the first room right when I opened the door went to get new room after driving 15 hour's the front desk changed our room woke up at 5am to bugs all over the ceiling we quit showered and left I took pictures showed the front desk. Manager told me too bad all the rooms have bugs especially the 3rd floor and they are lady bugs omg what I didn't pay to sleep with bugs RUDE unpleasant don't stay here this hotel is going down hill plus it was a really weird powder smell room 305 bugs so glad you admitted you have bugs ladybugs should never be in hotels the health department and your corporate office have been notified maybe try being kind to guests paying guests keep your rooms filled with paying guests last time I checked bugs don't pay and how about the roaches in 326 where you moved us from plus if you know you have bugs problem fix it your not sorry you treated us so horrible"

"Unfortunately, this hotel was not up to par! Front desk is rude! Pricing was changed upon arrival for a 8 pound comfort dog. Place was filthy with dog poop outside elevator and when I told front desk they didn’t seem to care. When I booked I asked if they would match online price he said no and upon arrival changed our reservation to a higher price. We paid $199 for a filthy room and had to walk over dog poop! Front desk quoted others $164. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A full refund would be appreciated! I have pictures of our unsanitary room and holes in the wall too."

"1 star just because I had to put one. Front desk is just rude. The pool was shut and locked with no explanation. When asked if the pool was open all she said was "no". It was 630 pm sign says closes at 10 pm. Was told at check in since we had q adults and 3 minors we couldn't get one room."

"SMH!! This review is in 2 parts.. Hospitality. And. Room/safety Upon arrival after being on the road all day, we were both greeted at different times, by a very unhospitable hotel clerk. She was very rude, insulting, disrespectful, demeaning , offensive, belittling, very unprofessional to both of us at different times...do I need to say more. I think the picture is very clear!!! Room.... for the price that was paid, a very huge disappointment!!! Our key card worked to gain access to the inside. We noticed that the door was proped open by a door stopper where you can see all the way to the other end of the hall. It has been our experience that this door is always closed. The hallway was not very well lite and the air was stale. As we began walking to our room we noticed doors to other rooms were left open. Our first thought NOT COOL NOR SAFE. We approached our room with caution unsure of why it is left open and who could be lurking/hiding. After we made sure it was safe , we noticed the temperature in the room. On the warm side.... light bulb.. hallway door and guests doors are left open due to poor circulation. Again both of these finds are not safe !! We attempted multiple times to get the room cooler , which it never happened. My dog panted the whole time we were there. The only relief he got was going outside to relieve himself and to cool off. The presentation of the room felt dirty in appearance, grungy feeling, not relaxing nor comfortable, as we entered the room and again not worth the money that was spent. The next morning, I woke up with a sinus headache, stuffy sinuses and eyes were crusted over. Bathroom.. there is mold , its musty and there is meldew. (room never did cool off when we woke up) The refrigerator seal has a tear and has been pulled away from the door. The pool area in bad form Please do not groom yourself behind the counter for guests to see. That is bad form. (My boyfriend went to check us out, and noticed the morning clerk cleaning her ears). The only thing that was good.... was the coffee. We have been to a variety of hotels and ARBNBS... we have never had an experience such as this, on any level. The reception that we have received from the above mentioned has been 5/4 star (hotels/arbnb). This did not deserve a star on any level. However a 2 star was given for location. Even with that ... did not feel safe. There are other motels and hotels in same location... if I knew what I know now, I would not have booked a room there due to the location and safety reasons. Needless to say..... WE will not be returning to ANY LA Quinta's in the future!!!"

"Friendly staff and decently clean, but the thinnest walls I think I’ve ever stayed in. Someone next door was blow drying their hair at 6am and I thought they were in our room. It’s just an old hotel with some updates, so don’t be fooled by the pictures and think it’s new."
