"One of my friends has been trying to get them to fix his AC properly for almost a year now. It has a coolant leak and all they'll do is top it off. Last summer the apartment was like 86° every day with the AC at max. This resulted in electric bills in the ~$300 range. Additionally, they've been jacking up the price of rent every year he renews. But hey at least they have a really nice pool and the staff will pick up your trash at the front door."

"Couldn't figure out how to delete my previous review. The manager in the office is GREAT! He's very kind and is always eager to help. I really loved living here, it is spacious and I love the hardwood flooring and granite top counters. They are also very pet friendly- I know my dog loved the workers on site. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the Marietta Square, 75 and Town Center Mall. Overall a great experience."

"I lived here for a year and I gotta say its a very calm place, at least in my experience. I never had any trouble with anyone, the neighbors I had were nice. There are lots of trees which gives a very calm feeling to the complex. The secretary Maria is a sweet heart, she always has a smile and makes you feel home. The only reason I left is because I found an apartment complex closer to the college I study in and also I think that the rent is pretty high for what you are getting. I'm not giving 5 starts because I understand that the power outlets need to be upgraded. Those outlets don't hold a cable properly, its too loose to hold it. Also, the office management is very nice, but it would be nice to leave a note in the door if someone went off for lunch or if there is someone in the bathroom and had to close the office. I sat there for almost an hour one day because the sign said it was open, but it was actually locked. Communication is key. Also the steps for the mail box should have some sort of grip on them. I slipped one day while going down those steps and had to go to my chiropractor for a week. Nothing really bad happened thankfully, but someone could be injured if the problem doesn't get resolved. Pest control should also do a better job. Sometimes my apartment had a bad smell because it entered through the vents. If those issues get resolved I would give a 5 star without thinking twice. Its a really nice place to live."
