"They don't deserve any stars but you have to click at least one to leave a review and people need to know, Cheap deals aren't always best!! The hot water didn't work. I tried to call the front desk the phone in the room doesn't work, called from my cell phone the first time they just picked up and hung up on me. The second time the man that answered said he would tell maintenance. Twenty minutes later, still no maintenance man. There was a roach crawling in the bathroom. The bed does have a bedbug cover over the mattress, but at this point I'm scared to even try and get some rest in the bed. The floors in the room are disgusting. The curtains don't fully cover the window. I'm from Tennessee had no idea this side of town is now where the junkies are. Don't come out of your room after midnight basically. 10 for 10 would definitely not recommend, didn't get a t-shirt, and I'm NEVER coming back. Trust me pay that extra for a clean room you can shower in."

"Tips for extended stay travelers for this place: Bring air freshener, roach spray & laundry detergent. If you are staying in a room with no microwave/refrigerator. There is "sometimes" one microwave located in the lobby. Wash your sheets/towels provided to you. I was informed by the front desk staff after I unknowingly gave them my sheets/towels, "This is a big Motel with many rooms we do not have extra clean towels/sheets to give to extended stay guest.". I hope this help those that have no other choice but to stay here. Good Luck Travelers!"

"No microwave or frig. Cigarette burns in the comforters in a non smoking room. Both mattress had indentions they were so old and worn out. Shower drain was almost completely clogged. Shower knobs were close. Location is right next to I75. Lobby looked nice. We were there for 3 nights and not once did anyone come in to freshen up the room. Price was good for what it was."

"to answer everyone’s question about the roaches I can give an accurate review because I stayed there for two days. They are definitely roaches. They’re usually under the bed and they do not present themselves unless you drop food or leave food out. I purchased a rotisserie chicken from a grocery store, I ate about half of it and I left the other part in a plastic wrap on the counter with the mirror was I fell asleep and took a short nap for about three hours when I woke up the entire package was covered in baby roaches the reason the problem is so bad at this motel is because entire families are living at this hotel. This is not a tourist motel , this is more of a residential motel. There are kids living in this motel with their families which means that these families are in the rooms cooking with hot plates because there are no stoves in these rooms which is contributing to the roach problem I did complain about this issue to the management , they refunded one of the nights as far as the location. It’s near the highway. There’s a McDonald’s across the street. There’s a Kentucky fried trick in there there’s a gas station there. It’s a great location however, you need to understand that this is not a tourist motel it is a motel where people are actually living there on a regular basis. You can see the kids going to school in the morning and because they’re cooking inside the rooms is what’s contributing to the roach problems the roaches are under the bed. All you need to do is leave the smallest amount of food on the floor, a piece of rice. The roaches will come out quickly. I hope this helps you."

"As like all of my ratings are I will be blunt honest and fair. This is about one of the worst hotels I've ever been. Not necessarily anything to do with anybody nether guest or employees. No, there is a serious infestation here and it needs taken care of whether they need to close for a few days and bomb the entire place every room and replace the appliances and rubber base boards or it will never get better. But this was way way more than someone paying $130 for 2 nights should have had to deal with. Really examine the hotel and rooms you choose people. Every room I go in lift mattresses and run construction light on bed board to check bed bugs, then again around the edges of the mattress. Then use a uv light to check the bedding and see if its fresh or slept in. The check your mirrors for double sides and above head lights or shadeless lamps and unusual holes for cameras as well as track for cameras using an electrical tracking dev. And one more thing.... For how big and tall the building is, the parking lots for guest parking was not thought through well. I'd almost guarantee there are more rooms and there are parking spots for guest. But the workers were nice ."
