"These 5 stars go to Reese and Justin! They are always here to help and respond fast to requests and gets the job done. They have great vibes! Real cool maintenance guys!"

"Overall it’s not a bad place to live for college. The downsides are (1) horrible & unprofessional management. If you’re looking for a place of integrity this isn’t the one. The leasing office (except front staff) doesn’t resolve issues in a timely manner or ignore it all together. (2) Price for quality. They made a couple upgrades to selected units, but for the increasing price in my opinion isnt worth it. There are other apartments in the vicinity with updated and new features for a more realistic price. (3) Mailing. They’re short staffed so it can take hours to 2-3 days to get your package if it doesn’t go to an Amazon locker. There are pros to the complex as well. The pool/gym/clubhouse are nice. They have overnight security due to increased crime rates in the area. The front staff, which are college students, work hard to meet your needs the best way they can. But id have to give 5 stars to maintenance! They’re the reason many guests renew and feel comfortable staying here. Reece and Justin have been attentive to our needs since the first day and go above and beyond. And they seem to care more for the residents than management and other staff. Without them, I would have given a 1 star, because as mentioned before management ignores your problems , but when I tell maintenance they are ontop of the issue quickly. They even help communicate non maintenance related issues to management to help better the community."

"It’s not bad but the price I expected better. I had to wait over 2 hours just to receive my keys. Then unit didn’t have a working kitchen light, the smoke needed a new battery, and it was not very clean. We applied for work order but the did not fix the light but fixed the smoke detector. It is a gated community but the gates didn’t work for 2 and half months. Overall, I am not renewing my lease."

"I wish I didn’t renew my lease here and fall for the trap of renewing 3 months into my lease because they were offering “special rent discount “ . I thought I would have to settle for a home with roaches and trash and dog poop everywhere because I thought it’s cheap. Now I know you can find LIVABLE conditions elsewhere. They really need to actually show you where you will be living when they give you a tour and not just show you the pool and the leasing office, having a gated community definitely doesn’t help that you can’t even see where you live before hand. I wasn’t aware I have to climb 5 flight of stairs just to get to my room, the constant roach infestation and the lack of parking and having to park in the deck when I pay for parking in my lease is unacceptable. Please find another community to live there are decent options for decent price. The utilities are “covered” but you still have to pay a large chunk of it, plus I always have to pay extra fees whether it’s rent plus or “accidental” charges on my account. Only pros: having your own separate bathroom, having access to a gym and pool"

"Living at Copper social for the past 4 years has been nothing short of a nightmare. In the last year, maintenance never fixed anything we put in (our pest problem never went away, and after they "fixed" our lights, the lights still didn't work), our furniture was falling apart (from wear and tear, and then you told us that it will be replaced AFTER we move out), and we have been locked out of our apartment not once, but TWICE (failure to notify us about the locks being changed). There is barely any parking because a lot of the parking is taken up by storage containers, trash bins, construction equipment (may i remind you that they continued construction all throughout FINALS WEEK), or is blocked off due to "structural damage" (Word for word what you said in your email about how the parking garage is unstable). That was just within the past few months. Within the past 4 years (which they may not recall since I have lived here longer than any manager who has worked here), I have had a slug infestation, a broken washing machine that took months to repair (i had to use the washing machine in the tour unit across campus), flooding, more power outages than I can count, the world's crappiest wifi, and a gate that never worked for longer than 3 months. The gym is gross and is missing equipment, and the office always closes the pool because you are too lazy to keep up with it. Speaking of cleaning, it is so gross that the garbage barely comes to collect all the trash in the compactor, making residents leave their trash piled up outside. Also, if you plan on receiving packages, good luck! I had many packages lost due to their lack of organization, and my MEDICINE that needs to be refrigerated upon arrival was left out in the lobby! It is a CRIME that this place costs $900 to live at. It is barely worth $600 at that. It is also awful that you closed the office the DAY BEFORE MOVE OUT. I have never dealt with such an awful living situation until living here. If you are looking for a place to live, do NOT live here! Photos explained: -flooding of my apartment in 2021, and flooding of my roommates carpet flooring (water heater leaked) in 2023 -packages left out in the entrance of the leasing office...free for anyone to steal -flooding of the parking garage. This happens every time it rains -roaches stuck in the lights of my roommates room -that ugly couch that sheds its cheap fabric everywhere, and they wouldn't replace it. Update: Copper Social is now charging my roommates and I for the wear and tear on the couches we have been trying to get replaced for 3 years now."
