"Lived here for 3 years.. it was a relief to leave. Maintenance was slow to answer requests, I had to physically go to the office and beg for someone to come out and fix my A/C after it was leaking for 3 weeks. The property was falling apart, there was trash everywhere. When it was time to leave, they lost my notice to vacate twice. After I left they called and told me I owed a cleaning fee. They never did a walk through with me."

"Don’t move here. I’ve been here for years and this is the worst it’s ever been! Everyone in the office rarely answers the phone and barely answers emails. They never follow through on things they say and if you have a maintenance request that isn’t a quick fix they ignore you. Or they come “inspect it” but never fix it i.e the fan in my living room that has been inspected 4 times. Including the time the office had the maintenance man come into my home while I was at work without notifying me and I found out 2weeks later and he still didn’t fix anything."

"Apartment smells like smoke. Heat does not work. Garbage disposal does not work. Kitchen missing tiles, and tiles cracked in kitchen. Paint job is bad. (Painted over smoke detectors, ceiling fans, outlets, floors) “New” carpet poorly laid. Apartment clearly was not cleaned prior to move in, dust everywhere, even though they want you to pay 165.00 for a “stress fee move” which supposedly covers cleaning and touch up paint when moving out. Cable jacks for T.V and internet don’t work of course. Very poorly maintained unit. Just moved in 2 days ago and these are just some of the issues."

"I am enjoying it here so far. Maintenance is responsive and quick, which I appreciate that. They come the next day when I put a simple work order in. The only thing I do not like is that the patio looks like somebody decomposed on it and at move in, we were told we'd have someone pressure wash it. Also, whoever lived here before me had roaches in the kitchen and fruit flies in the whole apartment which has been frustrating for me. I have put in a request for pest control about 3-4 weeks ago and they have not come yet. I have also spent money on my own bug repellent such as bait and fly traps but I just don't know what else to do. I wanted to be here for a couple years but I'm not sure if I can live with critters who are not paying any bills here. I clean my kitchen and make sure I wipe the counters and stove top down every time I cook but nothing is getting better. I wish this could be resolved"

"I'm done. Do not move here. Everything just keeps getting worse here. I have lived here for several years and I have to go to the front office way more than I want to fix issues that keep popping up. The staff is a revolving door, so I never talk to the same person when I go. Maintenance has always been an issue and response is slow. They have lost my key to my apartment and told me I would have to pay a rekey fee because I didn't allow them access to my apartment for maintenance. My apartment flooded from the apartment above several months ago. They claimed they would come and fix my walls and ceiling and still haven't done anything. They keep losing my documents that I have signed and claim I owe more money through fees. If you complain about noisy neighbors they literally do nothing. Security gate has been broken for over a year and still has been closed. Got notices from them claiming I didn't pay rent on time. I have never been late ever. Put in multiple orders to get my shower fixed and took over 2 years of them finally fixing it."
