"We had an excellent stay! Demetria is definitely an asset to your location! She was helpful in taking care our issue with the hot water in our room. She followed up to make sure we were satisfied and the issue was resolved. For that I’m happy to give 5 out 5 stars. The decor was up to date with nice clean modern rooms. The pool was nice and warm on 34 degree day. Would visit this location again!"
"Probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept in at A hotel. If you’re just passing through and staying for a night do yourself a favor and go a town down or two for a better rate and better place. Breakfast was nasty and the bed was terrible and just seem like out dated rooms"
"We like Hamptons because of the coffee self sevice they have. Luckily there was a room available last minute during a holiday week. Not the freshest scent in our room, but running the fan helped. I love that there is a fridge AND a microwave in the room. There was no additional lock on the inside of the door, I didn't feel real secure, and I didn't have a do not disturb tag either. Don't count on breakfast, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, waffle batter ran out and had to ask for more. The mini veg omelete was pretty good though."
"The room and bed was fine. Breakfast was OK. We only stayed one night but you need to clean your carpets. Both of us stepped in shower and a dirty barefoot print tracked in . Also the staff is friendly but congregating talking to each other at the front desk with nothing to do. Same time around 7 pm on Saturday Another employee was in the breakfast eating area with his head down on the table! Not a good look at check in. The security card swipe just to get to your floor on the elevator was inconvenient. Carrying hot coffee or food juggling your card. As a woman if I were alone , I think it’s an unsafe distraction. I just want to get to my room without that nonsense. Maybe you should have more security if it’s that bad."
