"I’ve lived at Cortland for about 2 years and all I can say is this place is amazing. They care tremendously about us and the community. If you ever need maintenance, they are there within 24 hours. If you ever need to speak with the leasing office, they are they are super friendly. You’ll get a solution within 5 minutes. I’ve never seen an apartment complex take such good care of pipes, ventilation systems, etc. I feel that they constantly go above and beyond for us. AND prices are always reasonable! I’ve loved living here!"

"From the moment I entered the leasing office, I was met with friendliness and warmth. I was at a bad point in my life needing a 1 bedroom apartment asap. I actually leased the last 1 bedroom available that day. Any concerns are addressed promptly. Laura has been my go to girl. I appreciate her professionalism and patience. Thank you for making a huge life transition much easier for me. I want to highlight Gerardo in my review. This gentleman is an apartment maintenance technician. Gerardo has completed all of my maintenance requests promptly. He has open communication about next steps and follows up with me. He has even gone the extra mile to move boxes to the dump. He is friendly every time I see him in the community. East Cobb Cortland is a better community with Gerardo on staff! Thank you for everything Gerardo!!!"

"I must say that this is the first CORTLAND property that we weren’t met with a smile and professionalism (Thanks to Chelsea) 10/25 Came in to tour an apartment. We did not have an appointment so we were rudely dismissed and told to schedule. It’s totally okay that we couldn’t tour at the time, but the snarky DEMEANOR of the leasing agent leaves a LOT to be desired. Condescending attitude and the lack of making us feel welcome. Will not return to this property."

"Had few issues with my unit in which once reported to Laura she addressed really fast and within less than 24hrs I had Geraldo here to take care of everything.
