"The food was decent. I wanted wet wings, and they came exactly as ordered. The drink refills flowed and I have to say that the service was fantastic! My little group had a blast!"
"I had a not great experience at another BWW but I thought I would give this one a try. The resturant is clean and lots screens to watch games. I was seated right away at a table where I was able to watch the game I wanted to see. While ordering a drink it turns out they didn't have my first choice OR my second choice. So I had to settle for the only option they had. My food was good although the was not completely correct. Then it took 2 more requests to get a side right. They server seemed like he had too many tables and couldn't really take care of all his tables. The cauliflower wings and zinger sauce was very good."
"Great place for all the football games. Nashville hot chicken sandwich, Pickles, slaw and sauce nice blend not too hot with a great taste. Service by Sloan was excellent, attentive and friendly"
"Ordered via Uber, the food sent was missing key elements (FLAVOR)… called the store and the shift manager (I believe her name was Amy) told me “my employees ensured me they packed them”… well yea they sent gonna say they forgot them! So rude. Day one in Florida and I’m not super impressed. Also the portion on the chicken tenders was crazy a it was 11pm and it seems they simply gave us the charred remains and not actually serving (see pic) - this was a 5pc tender!"
"So we placed an order to pick up, technically to Bird Dawgs (I guess it's a ghost kitchen?). Anyway, my app said my food would be ready at 6:42. I arrived at 6:46. Their system went down, and they had just started my order and told me it would be 10 min. 25 min later, I get my order. It's missing half of the order. I had to prove to the staff that part of my order was missing. All in all, I was in the restaurant for 45 min to pick up a to go order. The only saving grace at this point was the fact that the food was phenomenal. We order the loaded bird dogs and OMG were they delicious. I got salt & vinegar fries and hubby got sweet heat fries. We were very impressed with the flavor. So I agree with the other reviews that they need to seriously work on their service. But the food is on point."
