"Went in at 7:30 PM on 2/9/24. There were 2 customers in line ahead of me. 2 younger female employees were standing with their backs turned to the customers waiting for the food to be replaced to correct an order that was screwed up. The girls stood there talking to each other for 4 or 5 minutes and never once turned around to see the 3 different customers waiting to order. They appeared to be having a great conversation. The manager walked by twice and never acknowledged the waiting customers and just looked at the girls standing around doing nothing. After about 5 minutes all of the customers waiting to order walked out. I thought Arby's was interested in making money by selling food. I guess I was wrong."

From taking your order to serving your delicious food, they do it all with such enthusiasm and care. Their hard work and dedication definitely makes me proud to be a customer at Arby's. "Last night, my wife and I visited this location. There was Christmas in the air with all the decorations. You could tell the manager that evening kept a tight ship. Not to mention the cleanliness of this "fast food" restaurant was Exemplarary compared to the many other fast food restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed being in a clean, positive environment. Well done."
"I had ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches HOLD the cheddar! It even said so on the receipt. When I went to eat them they both had cheddar on them. I took them back inside and they apologized and gave me the correct order. Since they couldn't take back the incorrect order they said I could keep them. I gave them away. Now that's customer service. Way to go Arby's."
