Five Guys

"I've eaten at the Cape coral location twice. Each time I was amazed at the juicy hamburgers. Fries wow. They usually overfill into bag. Service was friendly. Food was cooked fresh It's near Target,and you can shop then stop by for great burger."

"Ordered five guys for dinner on Thursday. When I got home, one of the orders was missing. Had to call the store and spoke with Skyler who informed me that it was his fault and that he would place a note in the office so I could get my meal the next time I come to five guys at a reasonable time. Four days later, I show up to place an order at five guys and after having to go through a cash register person, apparently another manager, Vanessa, finally was able to speak with Skyler, who was supposed to be handling it? When I tried to proceed with my order, I was informed that I waited too long. So here I have given my money to a business, but never received my item, and then proceeded to be told. I waited too long. Of course I got upset and only placed the order for my family because I refuse to eat at a five guy establishment ever again. Ivan was told by Vanessa who is supposedly another manager that “I guess I should have talked to her” … although the incident had nothing to do with her, and I was under the impression that Skyler was handling everything since that was what we were told. Was then contacted by the general manager Ryan the next day, and he proceeded to inform me that he already got the story from his employees and apologize. My issue is that he had no desire to hear my side of the story until I asked him if I could tell him what happened. The lack of customer service, the rudeness of Skyler, the rudeness of Vanessa, and the general manager, Ryan, who doesn’t seem to care about anything a customer has to say, I will never eat at five guys again. I did receive my refund for the food that was never provided to me at the time of purchase."

"Food was ok. Expensive like always, bought 1 large fry to share between 4 of us and still ended up spending $60 with 4 burgers and 4 drinks. I usually love five guys but I felt sick after eating here. The tables weren't wiped down, but the staff was super nice and friendly."

"Over-the-top great service. Genuinely (not scripted) pleasant greeting and interaction from multiple crew members. The food, of course, is typical five guys deliciousness. Cajun fries were piping hot with that nice level of spice. Also had a bacon + salted caramel shake and it was great, though I’d say if trying out bacon in your shake, peanut butter is the bestest companion. Gonna have to put in an extra workout this week! Totally worth it though!"
