Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"Usually no problem but the last visit I ended up with cold food. They said my food would be ready at 7:30 so I didn’t come until 7:30 because I knew they would be extremely busy because it was valentine’s Day. There was no place to park fine I get it . The park a lot was at a stand still fine I get that. So I park at Att and got out because I see them talking to other people outside their cars so I walked up at 7:45 . They kid would not talk to me because he Assumed my food couldn’t possibly be ready . As I’m waiting, I’m seeing other cars come and go and get their food with no problem. Still, he’s telling me they’re behind. Finally, I said, I ordered my food at 6:30 it is now 8:15 almost 2 hours later he stops and says 6:30 yes he finally ask my name . He bring out my food and apologizes for the wait . Pasta was cold and the chicken Pam was cold. All because the kid just assumed that everyone had their order in before me ."

"Outstanding Olive Garden! We were a party of two. Was able to check in at the door and were seated promptly. Our waiter Jake was very kind. Very nice manners and was the perfect waiter. The salad was very good as usual. Our 2nd salad did have crouton crumbs like someone just dumped the bag in our bowl so it was extra salty. Not ideal. The shrimp appetizer was extremely good. Best I’ve had in a while. We both got the Tour of Italy. Nice dish that offers a variety in case you don’t know what to order. I believe the manager was going around making sure all the guests liked their food and if they needed anything. Ive never seen so many servers and waiters! This location is very organized and well run. Jake was generous and offered to pack up our leftovers. Will definitely come back soon."

"The food was amazing. We have come to this particular restaurant a few times now and the food has been always good. My server today was James N. He was constantly coming over to check up on us to make sure everything was going as it should. Excellent service."

"We came at a very busy time but you wouldn't have known by the service we received. Jake was an absolutely wonderful waiter. Our food was hot and everyone was friendly. Jake took the time, even though they were very busy, to have a group come over and sing Happy birthday to our little girl which made her night! Thank you Jake and Olive garden for a wonderful memory as well as a wonderful meal."
