"Curbside at this location is a joke.. I put my order in, arrived 11 minutes after. I still expected to ames it a little but I waited OVER 40 minutes! I got 3 small items too, I could've gone in the drive thru so much quicker than this. I tried to be patient as I understand they can be busy at night but wow... The employee who brought me my items was extremely sweet. Management - Don't offer this as an option if you don't make it reasonable for your employees to manage. Starbucks will shut down their mobile orders if they get backed up, consider doing the same. I was the only curbside order during the hour as well.."
"Staff is friendly here. The food is okay. My biggest concern is the ant problem they had the last time I ate inside. Our table had ants walking on it. We got up and moved to another table, and informed a crew member of the issue. She shrugged it off, like eh okay. I no longer trust the cleanliness of the restaurant, nor the crew's ability to care about the customer experience."
"Guy who took our order outside was very nice and when we ordered a family sized cheese curds, he mentioned that the amount of curds we'd be getting would be massive. When I received the curds, it was literally just a size large inside a take out container. Was only enough for about 3 people. Not a family size."
"This is the third time my husband has ordered us two shakes and a side of cheese curds online when he got there to pick it up curbside (we live 5 mins away) it wasn’t “ready” and he had to wait 20mins just to be given half melted “concrete” mixers and Luke warm food at best. When he pointed it out they offered him coupons as a solution. I love culvers but this location is trash now. He called to speak to a manager when he got home and the manager again just offered coupons. We did get a refund after my husband told them to refund it because we won’t be drinking our ice cream."
"BUG IN ICE CREAM! I go here pretty frequently and the service is inconsistent. Even if you do curb side on a slow day you're waiting 10-20 minutes after your arrival time. My ice cream is always melted. The food quality is pretty good and I love their gluten free bun option ...the other day my ice cream was soup and today there was a bug in it. Think this is my last time eating here for a while. :("
