"We are thrilled with the care we have received for the last four years from this office. Dr. Ramos takes the time to listen and understand any concerns. She’s very experienced in her life personally as a mom of younger and older children as well as a practitioner. She is calm and reasonable. She is also friendly and warm with the children. I can’t imagine a better place or physician to trust for the care of all of our span of children’s ages (teen to newborn)."

"Horrible experience! Their billing department couldn't figure out how to bill our insurance despite being an in network doctors office. As a result, they refused to give my baby her vaccines when we showed up for her appointments TWICE despite being told over the phone both times that the matter had been resolved. The one time we actually saw a doctor, she was pushy rude and had no interest in hearing any questions or concerns I had. She talked down to us the whole time and did not seem to like kids very much at all. They care only about the money, not the health of children, and they have no idea how to bill insurance, so they jepordize the health of children as a result. We changed clinics and have had no problems and a wonderful experience with our new pediatrician, who is in no way associated with any of the pensacola pediatric clinic locations."
