"Everyone was very kind and setting up my annual exam was easy. However, I was made to feel very uncomfortable with Dr. White. I was asking questions and giving information about my condition and was cut off more than once and made to feel like I was being generally ignored. Dr. White was very impatient with me and my appointment felt rushed and very cold. I have never felt more uncomfortable during an exam in my life. I later received my test results and, despite the results being alarming, I was brushed off TWICE on the phone, having to call back for more information. I understand that this office and this team are awfully busy, however, I truly do not feel like Dr. White cared. I did not feel heard, safe, nor cared for during my visit."

"I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have been under the care of Dr. Prafke for the last 5 months during my first pregnancy and she has consistently treated me like she does not have the time of day to give me an appropriate appointment. Her bedside manner is the worst I've ever seen, she has never answered a question straight on and treats me like I'm stupid for asking or stupid for googling.. how else can I get information when the Doctor will not listen to my concerns and professionally answer them? I consistently had long wait times of anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours and when she did finally come into the room, she would not even sit down and act like I was important. For example, at my 20 week anatomy scan there were NO details relayed to me about baby's growth, progress, etc., her only feedback was "looks good", regardless of my questions. Meanwhile, I transferred to a new doctor today and she spent 10 minutes going over my baby's growth, weight, percentile, and so much more following my scan. When I asked Dr. Prafke what I could do to prepare for L&D her response was "nothing"... now I KNOW that is not true. I experienced these dry, lack of effort responses at every appointment. As for the other office staff, the front desk was SO rude when scheduling appointments and always had an attitude for no reason, I tried my best to be friendly and professional but never received the same. The lady that handles medical record transfers is SO RUDE, she actually LOST my record transfer and then blamed me for her not having the request. I had to stand my ground with both her and the office staff to make sure they found my request and transferred my records that day, because they had absolutely no urgency in following through with the release and if I had not called to check on it multiple times (although I was sent to voicemail and messages were not returned), I never would have known that they did not transfer my records like they were supposed to. BEWARE OF THE BILLING DEPARTMENT, they tried to SCAM me into paying my $500 deductible through their "payment plans" up front, after my insurance had already advised me that everything was covered 100% and I did not owe a PENNY. Julie with the billing dept. met with me on 3 different occasions telling me I needed to pay them, before she finally, 5 MONTHS LATER, checked with my insurance and confirmed that I in fact, owe them NOTHING. I am so glad I took it upon myself to check with my insurance instead of trusting when they lied and told me that I owed them $500. The only person that I will speak highly of in this practice was Dr. Prafke's nurse, Sarah. Other than that, if you want a good experience and friendly, honest staff, find another practice."

"Dr REDICK is a great doctor. I’ve been in excruciating pain since giving birth to my second son over a year ago. She did everything she could from prescribing continuous birth control for the heavy bleeding, to doing a diagnostic laparoscopy surgery to doing my hysterectomy. She listened to me, gave me so many options and was very thorough on explaining each and every option to the point I fully understood. She came in on her day off to do my hysterectomy surgery. She really cares about her patients, she supports the decision you make, I would highly recommend her and I’m very thankful for everything she has done for me as her patient."
