Stamitoles Dental Center

"Called this place in hopes of reaching the owner as I had a question that needed to be asked directly to him. A woman answered and after I asked to speak to the owner was immediately over the top rude, and for what? I understand the owner may be busy but to just refuse to allow me to ask a question or even pass along a message for me is an incredibly poor way to act as a secretary. When I told her that I was only hoping to speak with the owner, not here I was then told that I was only calling the company to just "waste business's time" and hung up on rudely. Oh, and just read a few news articles about the previous owner."

"Do not make the mistake of using this dentist. He's a high-pressure salesman and completely annoying. I couldn't get out of his clutches fast enough. I should have read these reviews first. Never, never again! I could go on, but a word to the wise is sufficient."

"I initially called the doctor's office, I ALWAYS use my formalities and had only a couple simple questions and was responded back to with immediate attitude as if I was wasting their time. Insurance questions and questions about procedures shouldn't be something so hard to answer and it's deterring to patients to be greeted with hostility. As well, after explaining this to a fellow coworker who works as a dentist, he explained to me that this specific dentist is known for being racially degrading towards others in social environments so I decided to take my medical needs elsewhere."

"This dentist and his staff are the worst people in the business. The main receptionist is Dr. Stamitoles wife and she is so rude especially if you don’t move fast enough for her. The dentist himself told me that I was crazy because I wouldn’t let him do unneeded procedures and run my bill up. They both yelled at me until I had my husband come in and then their whole attitude changed and they tried to act as if nothing had happened. And to top it off Dr. Stamitoles is not very good at the art of dentistry. His skill lacks way too much for him to have 27 years of experience behind him. DO NOT go to this dentist unless you enjoy being mistreated."

"Dr. Stamitoles and staff are wonderful! They always get you scheduled right away when you are experiencing a dental emergency, not leaving you to wait. Scheduling cleanings and such, super easy! Everyone in this office is so friendly and you can really tell that everyone genuinely cares about you and your overall well being! So thankful to have Dr. Stamitoles as my family provider. He explains everything he is doing and always wants to make sure you understand and are comfortable! Regardless of insurance and such, they treat everyone with dignity and respect!! They make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience!"
