"I had my appointment today at 6pm , they called me once at 5:15pm and i was unable to answer the phone because i was working. I tried calling back and there was no answer because it was “after business hours” I came into the appointment at 5:55pm and just for the front desk representative to tell me that my policy was inactive. Mind you, they called Thursday before my appointment to confirm my appointment they couldn’t check that my policy was inactive? They had to wait for me to come in so i can not be attended because my policy was inactive. Smh THIS PLACE IS TRASH & i do not recommend it to anyone especially if you don’t have time to waste. They will literally not care for you , all they care about is getting paid. Especially the blonde / and orange head front desk rep they completely rude and super disgusting with the attitude they gave me apart from not being able to attend me and make me waste my time to make me come in for absolutely nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE"

"This is a busy office, but the staff and doctors are amazing. I have never met a doctor like doctor Marlix Galue, she explains everything in detail and listens to the patient. Dr. Galue is the best, she’s sweet caring and very professional. Dr. Quintana is also a great doctor, I was seen by her once and she was amazing, and got me feeling better in one day! Amazing doctors, I would not change them! They are the reason I go to this office!"

"I love this place, starting with Francis who is the best receptionist I’ve ever met. She is so kind, sweet, nice, and she takes care of the patients. Dr. Sibaja is nice too. I like this place because they see adults and children. I have been coming with my daughter for years and the staff have always been attentive."

"Horrible receptionist team. I called many times for 2 hours to confirm my appointment only for them to tell me 15 minutes after the appointment that it had been canceled. For a somewhat urgent matter to. Zero follow up or regard for new clients. I can see why their stars are so low. The Doral Family Medical Center that’s right next door is much better. Don’t waste your time here."
