"My Mom was in this hospital I must say the doctor in the emergency room was great. My Mom was with tubes in ICU THANK YOU is not enough for what I owe the following nurses Silva, Ariel, Igor and Thai these people gave me so much peace and treated me like family an with so much compassion. My MOM got the BEST service. When she was transferred to the 6th floor the attention was not the same but I would call ICU and they would help. This hospital has the BEST Nurses and staff in ICU those nurses need to give the other floors lessons."

"After a year of giving birth I am glad of how beautiful the process was. My birth was an AMAZING experience thanks to two of the nurses their names are Lana and Lisa. I am grateful for your kindness and compassion during my process of giving birth and becoming a mother for the first time those first hours. Your dedication is admirable! God bless you guys!"

"My 97 year old mother was hospitalized for three days and received exceptional care at Jackson West Medical center. The entire staff was outstanding, but two individuals stand out in particular. One of them was the ER physician, Dr. Zakaria who explained to me in a very professional and compassionate manner my mon's initial condition and diagnosis. The other outstanding staff member was Maria, the Patient Care Technician. The way she cleaned and made my mom comfortable in bed was impeccable. My mom is now at home feeling much better!!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars but only 4 is because the wait time for the transportation back to home was almost 8 hours. Aside from this, this facility deserves the highest rating."

"This place is horrible. There is no one on the hospital floor EVER. I have been here with my grandfather for over 72 hours and every time he needs pain medication I have to call the nursing supervisor to get anyone to come to the room. There is never any staff on the floor.. the picture attached is what the hallways look like always. My grandfather isn’t being given all of his meds… even though it’s been brought to the nursing staff’s attention twice since we’ve been here. I had to help give my grandfather a sponge bath because there isn’t enough staff to complete the task without help from family members. really pretty hospital.. really ghetto service. You can take Jackson out of the hood, but you can’t take the hood out of Jackson. What a horrible experience. We have had the displeasure of having to come here multiple times with my grandparents.. and it is the same every time. Feels like I’m in Cuba having to take care of loved ones cause the hospitals don’t have staff to take care of patients."
