"Had to have 2 ultrasounds and a mammogram done. Made appointment for 8:00 a.m. Receptionist asked that I drink 32 ounces of water for my 8:00 a.m. ultrasound and to get there early. I got there at 7:45 a.m. and the facility was closed. At 8:15 a.m. they had not called me in for the ultrasound and my bladder was about to burst. I was finally called in at 8:37 a.m. Very, VERY disappointing. If I make an appointment at 8:00 a.m. I expect to be called in at that time."

"This place sucks. When you call They hang up on you or they place you on hold and never answer the phone. I took my daughter for an X ray and waited more than 1 hour for them to call me even though i had an appointment."

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received in attempting to obtain information about the approval number for an MRI procedure covered by my insurance. After making a minimum of four calls and being transferred multiple times, I was unable to receive a definitive answer regarding whether the approval number for the MRI, as indicated in the document I submitted from my insurance, was valid. The MRI order has now expired, and despite my continued efforts to confirm the approval number for a new order, I have faced considerable challenges. Furthermore, my attempts to reach your customer service team have been met with prolonged hold times, exceeding an hour, only to have the call abruptly disconnected. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and disappointed in the level of professionalism exhibited by your organization. I understand that issues may arise, but the lack of timely and accurate information, coupled with extended wait times and dropped calls, has added significant frustration to an already challenging situation. I trust that you will investigate and address these concerns promptly to ensure a more efficient and customer-focused resolution process in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a timely response."

"Great place but terrible communication. Waiting over 27min on the phone, then they hang up. If they answer and don't understand (either in english or spanish....) they constantly hang up on you when you dial again. It happens constantly, then they say you do not need an appointment and when you show up there, they ask if you have an appointment???? Besides that the place is very nice and good quality imaging. Just be aware to be MORE than patient."

"Amazingly we were able to get a same day appointment for testing. Parking in front of the office is always full but very flexible to stay for a while nearby with no issues. The staff was very polite and fast and quality service was provided. We are very happy with outcome."
