"The ladies staff very unprofessional. Not very kind and not caring towards the patients. We arrived with my client who has cancer and special needs we waited over 25 minutes. The staff was just chatting and gossiping. I had to go and ask when was he going to be called for his MRI. I willl definitely not recommend or come back to this facility."

The night nurse was missing in action but my night technician Sonny was nice. Love how clean and quite my stay was. I would most definitely recommend this hospital. Great job guys."

He was thorough about the process, patient and attentive to my worries of being in the MRI machine for 30 minutes, as I was kind of anxious, but he made me feel at peace. I am so very grateful for having someone with his experience and patient demeanor. I commend Baptist for having employees like Jorge."
