"The attention from the Radiologist is the worst I have ever received, how is it possible that they do not follow the specialist doctor's guidelines and refuse to carry out a medical study after having processed the respective payment of the co-payment with the insurance. It is incredible that these types of professionals do not abide by a doctor's guidelines. Workers of this nature should not exist. In this place, from the beginning with a hostile attitude because I wanted to have a snack and buy sweets and upset because I had patients who urgently needed medical tests, if I hadn't had lunch or was hungry they should have more staff to take turns... It's a real shame because The rest of the staff is friendly but the one doing the studies is bitter and doesn't want to do her job. Deplorable"

"Waited 2 hours to be seen for my appointment. The technician- Mirayes’ bedside manner was terrible and extremely unprofessional. Her line of questioning was invasive in addition to shaking her head and making statements about my medical condition that are beyond me control. Very unhappy with my visit at this location. Literally moved to tears."
