"My experience in this place was amazing, the place was very clean and comfortable . Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable . They were very organized . Everyone I came in contact with was very nice with me and my husband . I felt cared for and felt that I could trust the staff that cared for me. Yari and David who were with me in the procedure I had were amazing . Not everyone gets this care. I hear family and friends nightmare experiences in other non Baptist facilities . I am very grateful for the care received , I highly recommend this place. Thank you, keep up doing what you do ."

"Not a good experience. My appointment was scheduled with ample time and when I arrived they explained the diagnosis on the prescription was wrong. I could have been informed beforehand. They were only able to do one of my test while I obtained a new prescription with the correct diagnosis. When I arrived to my second appointment to do the pending test I was told I didn’t need to do it. After going through all the trouble of obtaining a new prescription and rescheduling. I had to be very stern and demand for my test to be done. Totally disappointed with how everything was handled. And I’m sorry to say I’m a Baptist employee."

"Ladies from the desk of first impressions were fantastic! They were polite, amicable, cordial, professional and knowledgeable. I was running a couple of minutes late and Customer Service let them know (very grateful for that). When I arrived they calmed me down and immediately checked me in. I was assisted by Rafael who was also professional, polite and helpful. I was in and out in a few minutes. Highly recommend! Great job!"
