Residence Inn by Marriott Naples

"WOW, I was really disappointed in this location from the minute I walked into the door. It is outdated and in much need of a remodel. The carpet in the carpet in the halls has a filthy appearance and unpleasant odors they are trying to mask making it worse!!! It is definitely not the Marriott standard and don't fool like I was by the misrepresenting images on their site. The grounds are barley kept up and the service was poor. The carpet in the room was gross and stained. I was scheduled to stay 4 night and immediately canceled after the first night. I would not recommend staying at this location."

"This place is outdated and smells!!! The room had an unpleasant smell that was hard to get past. It is NOT in the Marriott standards so don't let that fool you. The grounds are barley kept up. The service was not good, we had 6 nights stay and we requested room cleaning and they never came. We had to work hard to even get towels and bride the staff to even vacuum and change the sheets. The carpet in the room was gross with stains and couch was gross with stains and we had to use a sheet to cover it. I would recommend not staying here and looking for another place. See photos."

"Nice part of town. The outside of the place looks really nice plenty of amenities. Nice breakfast, but the first room I’ve got I was in the room two hours and there was a German cockroach I killed crawl on the wall. Toasters Full of crumbs and plenty of roach food the second room, they give me had a damp piss Spot on the carpet that I stepped on in my bear sock I will say this is a pet pet friendly motel. I’m not a pet for $400. Don’t waste your money. Just like non-smokers request a room that has never had a pet in it I bet they don’t have one"

"COZY HOTEL GREAT STAFF I greatly enjoyed my stay here! The staff is very friendly shout out to Terria front desk manager for a warm welcome & a detailed map of the area also they gave us a welcome wine for being a member & our points too! The area has great restaurants and shopping centrally located, not too far from the beach and Fifth ave. Our room was clean and nice view of the pool. The one thing I have a complaint of is people moved most of the lounge chairs early in the morning and didn’t move them back for others after they used them, no blame on the staff because there was only one young lady working really hard at the desk, more so the guests who moved them. I’m not sure if people expected her to move all of them back herself as I later saw her moving all of them herself I tipped her for her hard work of keeping the towels stocked and picking up the pool area I believe her name was Lacie. Thanks for a great stay & HAPPY HOLIDAYS!"

"Excellent hotel (for the price) for short or longer stays. This is the 2nd time I stayed here. Friendy and helpful staff, clean and well-equipped suites, breakfast was better than I expected. I enjoyed the pool deck area as well. Great parking and walking distance to some retail stores and lovely Fresh Market. Will return!"
