"I have had the pleasure of staying at TownePlace Suites for the past 9 days and will certainly be back. My room was well appointed and very clean, all of their staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is great, conveneint business center with a good printer, nice pool and workout center. Overall, the level of service is at the top of Hotels in this category. I was at the front desk yesterday and a guest was going to the beach with his family, the staff gave him beach towels and chairs to make it more enjoyable. That is most unusual and guest services at its best! The location is very convenient for access to the beach, restaurants and all that Naples has to offer."

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with the warmest welcome and exceptional hospitality that continued throughout my entire stay. The suites are spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a wonderful addition, allowing me to prepare my own meals and truly settle in during my time at the hotel. The staff at TownePlace Suites Naples truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their friendly and accommodating nature made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. Whether I had a question, needed a recommendation for a local attraction, or simply wanted to chat, the staff was always there with a smile and willingness to assist. The amenities at the hotel were also fantastic. The pool area was a great place to relax and soak up the Florida sun, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a solid workout. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a delightful way to start the day, offering a variety of options to suit every preference. The location of the hotel is also worth noting. Situated in a peaceful and convenient area of Naples, it was easy to explore all that the city has to offer. The proximity to local restaurants, shopping, and attractions made it incredibly convenient to experience the best of Naples without having to travel far. Overall, my experience at TownePlace Suites Naples was exceptional in every way. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service makes it a standout choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Naples. "Good value, room had electric stove, mid size refrigerator, sink, pots/pans, and silverware. Beds were comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was very nice. Free breakfast was good. Food counter could have been organized better. The oatmeal condiments were on the other side of the counter instead of next to the oatmeal. Butter and cream cheese should have been next to breads and toaster, silverware should have been next to the plates but that's just my OCD. (Waffle hack: take the waffles and put them through the toaster to make them crispy!)"

"The bed skirts were nasty dusty and dirty. The rooms are very dark and could use a lot more lighting however the bathroom was nice and bright. Pillows were squishy and flat. The pool was cold. Breakfast was decent and the staff were very nice and worked hard to keep up with all of the greedy people taking a lot of food and then throwing it away. The staff overall were very polite."

"My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. It has a nice clean pool. The pool is bigger than in most hotels this size. Complimentary breakfast each morning has a lot of options to choose from and everything is fresh. The staff seems happy and provides great customer service. Overall, it's a very well-managed property. I highly recommend staying here and will do so myself next time I'm in town."
