"The GM Lindsey is very nasty and condescending. She has a horrible attitude and should not be in a management position. There was many problems from there not being any body soap and hair lotion as well as the elevators getting stuck and there not being any water for a certain amount of time. The rooms were also falling apart and the last night we found bed bugs. She showed no concern with any of that and was very nasty. It’s unfortunate because I won’t be returning to any Hampton locations because of her."
"We stay here whenever we visit Naples. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean. The staff is always friendly, especially Jeff. The cleaning crew are very kind too. Near plenty of places to eat as well."
"The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly greeting us each time we entered the front. The breakfast was one of the best with many choices and fulfilling our hunger, eliminating a need to make an additional stop before we started our day. Overall we were happy with our choice to stay at this location. Thank you!"
"My family and I were very pleased with this hotel. We needed a hotel for our dogs and this was a perfect fit. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Jeff and Sharon and they made our stay extremely comfortable. We were also extremely impressed with the cleanliness, especially for one that accepts pets. The amenities were on par for the price and the staff put it over the top in value. We will be back."
