"I am by no means a professional traveler but I am a licensed professional and the property is outstanding. The management has been extremely accommodating and the stay/view was very nice!! A bit of a chore getting to the beach but the additional beachfront facility is worth it... Also, a 50 minute massage at over $200 was unexpected. I think they should disclose that up front."
"Traveled here with my family of four and I have to say the service was disappointing. The hotel was NOT crowded at all after the new year and the staff was very unfriendly. (with the acceptation of the front desk and servers at the pool). Kids 10 and 12 loved the pool and the slide and were able to head to the beach on the golf cart by themselves. I just can't get over how rude some of the staff was. I don't think we will be back. Even though the location was great and the pool was amazing."
"Nice hotel but doesn't accommodate disabled guests very well. Elevators close very fast, other than the main entrance no other doors had power button openers. For someone who has limited mobility the beds were ridiculously high. Housekeeping was able to bring me a step ladder finally after 45 minutes of my request."
"The rooms and all areas of the hotel were very clean and well organized. The staff is what makes this place amazing. From the friendly bell staff to the check in team, the cleaning staff and anyone I crossed paths with during my time there. Friendly and very welcoming. It felt as if they wanted my family and I to be there."
