"Falsely accusing me of having an " Unauthorized occupant" because I'm Haitian since they were having problems with other Haitians subletting their apartments. They used that as a reason to not renew my lease. I'm Reporting them to HUD for discrimination. Also accused me of criminal activity, continuous disturbance. no criminal records, no complaint about disturbances. I spent a whole night crying due to the false accusations."

"They literally want to kick us out because they came into the apartment we’re renting out from them and saw toys on the floor they even gave us a picture they took of the toys on the floor. And not to long ago they towed our car because for parking reverse! And cars that live in the buildings before ours are still parking reverse but they said it’s supposedly a rule that you’re not allowed to park reverse. Our lease ends I’ma few months and instead of letting us leave peacefully it feels like they’re just trying to get more money instead of just allowing our lease to end. Horrible"
"The place is clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful in finding me the apartment I adore; the price is right too. The location at the corner of Collier and rattlesnake make going anywhere a breeze. I love it!"
