"This beautiful property is exactly as advertised. Incredible attention to detail and staff is always willing to help make your stay very pleasurable. Krenar was an outstanding host at the front door, shuttle, all around help whenever needed. Breakfast team does a great job at preparing wonderful meals each morning. The front desk staff is always attentive and willing to help, especially with the aid of Robert and his very kind and gentle manner of talking each day no matter how busy he is. The room attendants are very helpful as well, Paula on the 6th floor was superb and our room reflected her great attention to cleanliness. It was great to have so many friendly faces greet you everyday."

"We tremendously enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Just a short cycle from the beach. The rooms are very spacious, and we loved the balcony with a view overlooking the small lake. The concierge was very helpful and couldn't do enough. Great choice for breakfast - waffles / pancakes / omelettes/ cereals / breads / fruit/ and much more. Everyone working there really seemed to enjoy working there. Highly recommend."

"My family of 4 had a beautiful stay! Stayed for 2 nights. The view of the lake and pool area is nice to wake up to with a cup of coffee on the balcony. The fire pit at night is so pretty and mesmerizing to look at and a great way for my kids to warm up after a night swim. The breakfast in the mornings were delicious with the fresh omelette station. The waffles and pancakes were great, you make them yourself, easy directions my 9 year old son made his own. Loved the extra touch this hotel made with the guitar musician playing peaceful music during breakfast hours. They have a free shuttle to and from the beach and supply towels and chairs and umbrellas if needed. Walking in the room my daughter saw a surprise of a pelican stuffed animal and quickly claimed him. (Had price tag on him but didn’t mind paying). Pillows and bed were very comfortable, we all slept well. There was small store downstairs sold some snacks and drinks. All of the staff here are amazing!! We will definitely be back!"

"I read a ton of reviews prior to booking, and the Inn at Pelican Bay still exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the area, restaurants, and places to go. Jeff, the bartender was friendly and great to talk with. Provided great service and did everything with a smile. The gentlemen at the front door was also very friendly and welcoming to help with anything from helping to bags, to providing rides to the beach to making sure the tires on the bikes were filled up. It was a great stay and felt like I was staying with family or friends, not at a business/hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh, and tasty. We went to the beach and the hotel provided chairs and beach towels. The use of free bikes from the hotel was a great way to work off the AMAZING jelly donut at breakfast. I would highly recommend the Inn at Pelican Bay! I will be sure to book here on my next return trip to Naples. This was a birthday trip for my girlfriend and all she talked about was how much she loved the hotel. Thank you to the Inn at Pelican Bay for making our weekend to remember."
