"The check in was rushed. Once someone came to the desk. ' Here are your key cards and a paper listing their amenities.' That's it. Hot shower water is almost non existent. The TV/cable was out at times. Breakfast offerings were poor. They offer no dog poop bags, so guests and residents just leave the stuff right outside the door. Stairways need major cleaning. Exterior door lock near room was inoperable. Zero room cleaning during 4 days."

"The hotel advertises breakfast. All that was available was cereal and cereal bars. No juice, nothing else. You are also charged $100 when you check in to make sure no one smoked in the room and you are told you will get a refund the next morning. The next morning we were told we would get our money back in 7-10 days. We will never stay there again. Definitely not worth the $187 for the room!"

"I spent a whole month in this hotel, and I had a great experience. I love their complimentary breakfast. The people there are very friendly and helpful and they always try to help you. If you need extra days I recommend this hotel for anybody that is on a budget."

"Room was horrible. No hot water. Told the staff and absolutely nothing was done. Saw a roach in the closet. The absolute worse place my wife and I ever stayed. We got here last night and supposed to stay for at least a week but I’m sending her down right now to inquire about a refund for the remaining days cause we just can’t do it. This place is filthy. Stains on the sheets. People should be ashamed."

"Let me start off by expressing gratitude to the staff. Absolutely, everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. I have nothing but praise for how hard they work to keep the hotel clean, and the front desk staff and management are A+. Many thanks to you guys! Now for the rooms. This complaint is for corporate and / or anyone who is in charge of maintenance, decor, and room design. We stayed at this location 8 years ago and loved everything about it. It was clean and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. I don't know how it's possible to upgrade and it does not look better. The first room we were given was unlivable. We were given another room the next day that was way better, but still, a downgrade from what I expected. The pictures on the Extended Stay site were not at all accurate. These rooms looked so run down. The heavy ceiling stucco and textured walls made my skin crawl. The floor in our room was uneven ( lots of dips ), and the screen in one of our windows had a gash in it. The shower had cracks in the seams. We booked 2 rooms for 9 days. The second room had a stovetop that never worked. The one in our room was so rusted that I was surprised it worked. The kitchen space was so small that it was difficult to prepare a moderate meal. The sofa in the room was sagging and low. You could see underneath that something was hanging as if it were going to fall apart. I avoided sitting on it. This made for a stressful trip because the quality of this hotel has plummeted terribly. I hope the powers that be decide to spend some money fixing these damaged rooms and make sure the staff is well paid. They deserve it. I didn't expect 5 star accommodations, but I did expect updated rooms that were well kept, as advertised. I am disappointed to say that I will NEVER EVER patronize any Extended Stay after this experience. I am absolutely traumatized. Amazing staff, terrible rooms."
