"I sent my 21-year-old granddaughter in with my debit card to buy Nyquil for her grandfather. She was followed around the store from the medicine dept. to the makeup dept. to the self checkout where the person following her asked to see her ID. Why?"
"Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told my medicine would be ready at 4pm yesterday and when I came to pick it up at 8pm today I was told to give them 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes before going back up to the window and was told the medicine would filled tomorrow instead. I requested that try to fill it tonight as I’m out of my medication and need to take it today so again they asked that I give them additional 10 minutes. When the tech finally came back she stated that the medication is being shipped from another location and won’t be ready today I then ask when I can expect my medicine and she asked the pharmacist who simply replied “you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready.” They clearly could not care less about their customers and are fine with wasting people’s time. How did they not know that the medication was being sent from another location when I first arrived? It makes no sense."
"Dr at this clinic is not recommended non empathetic... walking availability non existent, why advertise?¿? Saw 2 patients in 2 hrs. Behind closed door with assistant until breaktime :/ Ashame ---9. . . Definitely should have read reviews before choosing this location."
"09/15/2023 at 8:10pm, clearly the pharmacist on duty does this for a paycheck, it’s sad I was denied an emergency refill for my mental heath medication. Now I will be feeling unwell, sad, depressed and unstable until Monday, for a medication that’s not even a control substance. Thank you cvs! I guess I’ll just push through my depression and panic attacks because my provider forgot to place my prescription on time. The sad truth of the health care system."
