"If there was a rating lower then 1 star I would use it, i read the reviews and thought they were just overdoing it and it couldn’t be that bad so I wanted to see for myself, those reviews were absolutely right this place is horrible, animals are put in unliveable conditions. This place needs to either shutdown or up there conditions for there animals."
"Not sure how this place has 5 stars. just moved to Kissimmee and wanted to check out the local pet stores for my birds and reptiles. came here and you can immediately tell they don't care of their animals. all the birds look ill and terrified. some had dead birds (quail or chick i believe) in their containers. cages and food were dirty and smell horrible. Had high hopes but I feel sad for the birds staying there."
"The animals well being does not come first in this store, money does. When i was there, he gave a cockatoo coffee. Birds can NOT drink coffee. He also had two fully grown macaws in a small cage. I had gone twice because the cockatiels i got died the next day and he gave me another to which it also died the next day. I hope the animals get taken away and sent to someone who will better care for them."
"This place is DISGUSTING! Walking in the stench was awful. Puppies on the floor with no water, food,or pee pads. Looked sickly. Rabbits in tiny tubs. Again no food or anything. Guinea pigs the same situation and on the floor. Bird room.... I don't know where to begin. Over packed,tiny FILTHY cages. No perches in half of them. Birds in aquariums! They're not fish!! Over half birds looked sick. Zero toys. Zero food. Zero water. Not a single human in sight. This place needs closed down and animals taken to the vet ASAP! Will be making as many phone calls as it takes to help make that happen! You're a disgrace and disgusting piece of work!"
"Great family owned stores with beautiful animals. We brought a two cockatiels and got a great deal on the cage and a breeding box. Owner set up the box and everything. Super friendly owner definitely recommended any first time pet owners check out this great mom and pop pet store"
