"Love going to Walgreens over any other pharmacy. The people there are very helpful and if you don't see something on the shelf just ask because it might be in the back room and they're always happy to get it for you. I ordered something online one time because I didn't see it on the store and the manager just told me ask her for it. She has it in the back and she will be more than happy to get it for me it's just too big to put on the shelf"
"Went for new COVID Vac this week and the pharmacy customer service is the worst!! Slow and doesn't care for the appt times. Make sure you leave extra time to wait for waiting."
"Plenty of workers present but apparently customer service is not a priority. The front cashier was bothered when we asked for assistance while she was being recruited for a life insurance policy. And the folks in the back had my mom running around the store misinforming her about her pharmacy pickup which in the end she couldn’t pickup because it was closed (understandable). What was frustrating was the overall treatment. It felt like we were inconveniencing everyone that worked there. Will avoid this location going forward especially when there’s another Walgreens further down the road with much better customer service."
"The pharmacy here sucks. Only one pharmacist on duty for a HUGE metro area by Disney World. You’re in a huge city on a Sunday at 9:10 AM just after opening, and they tell you to wait an hour to pour your pills in a bottle because they only have one pharmacist on duty. If someone has an emergency and needs pills via prescription treatment, don’t come here."
