"Lens Replacement Patient Check in process was seamless and pleasant. My technician , Shelby, is absolutely AMAZING! She explained EVERYTHING she would be doing during the testing; was extremely helpful and patient during the entire process. A definite asset to the practice! Found Dr. Jones to be very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative regarding my vision as well on the surgical process (which for me is a deal breaker). He has a soothing manner, which is, in my opinion, important to someone unfamiliar with this type of surgery. The surgical scheduler, Kristie, was very thorough, informative and had answers to questions re: insurance, etc. Overall, a very organized office coupled with the well educated staff (from check in thru check out) made for a very pleasant, less stressful visit. Would definitely recommend."

"What an amazing staff! Friendly, quick, and pleasant environment. Great visit with a Dr. that was interested in my eye health and not my insurance. The tech was friendly and thorough. The doctor listened to my past diagnosis, understood that it wasn't working, and worked to understand why. I felt like a patient and not an appointment. The awesome kept coming once I visited the wonderful staff at the adjacent glasses store. The check-in was quick, easy, and incredibly friendly and service oriented. Insurance could have covered the entire glasses transaction, but with careful guidance and strict adherence to my budget I was able to add some luxury extras without pressure or dishonesty from yet another very pleasant individual. I cannot even express my level of satisfaction with my experience. 11/10 Get an appointment early, they are booked for good reason."

"Relaxed, friendly staff. When I asked the staff about their job, they told me they enjoyed working at Center for Slight. Dr. Harbour was so sweet and seemed like a very happy person. I enjoyed being there. He spent a long time examining my eyes. He was very thorough. I am due to see him again about my eye problems soon."
