"I saw four different Doctors and let me tell you how all of them did not take the time to inspect the area I was having problems with. This institution run their business like the welfare building. You are just a number. You are in and out and forgotten!!!! I had a very serious injury almost a year ago and I am still suffering with so much pain and not one of the four Doctors did not care for one second. Again, you are in and out and forgotten!!!! So sad."
"I was not given the proper care, and I left practice the same way I went in. I reached out to the practice through their online form about eight times, and no one has bothered to write back. I don't appreciate being treated this way when I can't barely lift my shoulders. I can't make a good recommendation about this practice; it is best that you find another practice to help with your needs."
"From m year long of appointments to pre-op on 1/3/24 then surgery on 1/5/24 the medical professionals at this institution impress me with their service. A special shout out to Kia, Megan, Christine, and both pre-op nurses on my surgery date. Thank you guys for helping me relaxed and getting my surgery over with. Dr.Larsen, the anesthesiologist, and Dr. Rogers, thank you guys for taking great care of me."
"One of the most dysfunctional unorganized practice I've been to, and I've been there for 4 to 5 times and every time I leave extremely disappointed. either they have the name wrong or if you bring an image CDs get stuck in the machine and can't download very unprofessional and most of the workers there have zero experience and looks like a deer hit in the head , they make you you come at your appointment time and then you wait 3 hours later so the doctor can come and see for few minutes to send you do MRI extremely dysfunctional and I do not recommend."
"I've been both a surgery and physical therapy patient at the Ocala office. The office and PT staff are great... Excellent bedside manner. My surgeon, Dr. Rogers, did a wonderful job explaining each step of the processs. My only complaint is that the wait times can sometimes be REALLY long, even with an appointment. But overall, it's worth it."
