"They lie about pricing. Paid for services up front. Confirmed multiple times the cash pay price before agreeing to the medication. Paid for the medication (injection) before I left after already paying for the appointment when signing in. Received an invoice months later where they basically showed I only paid 80% of the cost. No one is ever available to talk to in person about biling or when you call. Front desk claims they cannot help with billing. No one will return messages either. Do not use them. They lie about pricing. I should have believed the other reviews that said the same."

"The ladies PA-C Julie R & staff Lisa G, on 12/2/2023 & 12/3/2023 took the greatest care of my daughter. They were kind, gentle, concerned and really cared about the wellbeing of her. This urgent care has been quick and effective with getting our daughter healthy again and has been such a blessing. We have her back today for a recheck & in less than 24 hours they are pleased to see her well and already showing great progress in her recovery. We have definitely found a home here at medone and will be pleased to be back if ever needed! Thank you!"

"I went there because I had a problem with my ear, possibly wax buildup; my ear was blocked and I couldn't hear anything. The receptionist was very nice and took all my information. I waited only about 15 min and Lisa called me into a room. She was awesome; then Julie R, PA came in and they both made me feel so comfortable. Julie the PA determined that yes that's what the problem was and Lisa took care of me. They could not have been any nicer!! Within about 10 minutes I could hear again!! I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need an urgent care again I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're amazing! Thank you all for everything!"

"I have to say this urgent care is the best by far. Heather B, Rachel S. Crystal, and Lisa G are phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough. I bypass my primary doctor always, to come here first. They are fast, they are friendly, and they treat you with the kindness and respect that a sick/patient deserves. I have seen a lot of doctors and clinics in my day, and by far, this one supersedes any other. Can’t say enough lovely words about these girls and this place. Thank you."

"Absolutely the BEST urgent care, hands down. This was our second visit- low wait times, clean and tidy waiting area, friendly staff (from the front desk all the way through to the very last person we saw). Today we saw Heather, she was FANTASTIC. Very patient with my sick child, she took the time to listen to what was hurting for her and was so great with explaining what steps she was taking so my child understood what was going on. I drove past another Urgent Care to come to this one and I will time and time again. I will continue to come to this one. Thank you for being so good, having such great staff and making going to an urgent care much less of a headache!"
