"I am disgusted in this company.. if I could give it 0 stars I would !!! They shut their office down prior to a gender reveal because of a “power surge” and when my family member called , this lady had the audacity to say when the power came back on THAT SHE WASN’T COMING BACK BECAUSE SHE WAS HOME ALREADY !! I think it’s super unprofessional and inconsiderate, this ruined our weekend surprise my family member is devastated and we are all heartbroken! THANKFULLY SONO SMILES SAVED THE DAY !!! I don’t wish this unfortunate issue on anybody!!!"
"Top tier! Lucy, Sue and their beautiful dog Chew were top tier. I utilized the Throwback Thursday package only to find out I had a “Shy Baby”. We couldn’t get my baby’s face because her feet and hands were covering it. Lucy had patience and was determined to make sure my little one gave me some good facial pics to have. I highly recommend HLO to any and all expecting moms to be!"

"Immediate YES! Sue at the front desk had amazing hospitality and was so kind and thoughtful! Lucy was so amazing and thoughtful as well! Even though the appointment was short and sweet, we connected as if I was there for hours! They also have an amazing gift shop I can’t wait to shop at for my gender reveal! I’ll be back soon and will definitely recommend Hello Little One to any and every one!"
