"Scheduled an appointment TWO MONTHS ago in December and was called today, THE DAY BEFORE my appointment, that they are no longer accepting my insurance. Upon inquiring on when this cahnge occurred, I was told Jan. 1st of this year. So you had OVER a month (39 days to be exact) to properly inform instead of waiting until the day before. When asked why such late notice, was told because there's several patients. Would give ZERO stars if could."

"Hands down the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Set my appointment four months ahead of time as a “first appointment available” request but I can understand being fully booked for a few months. The person waiting before me left saying they’d been waiting for over two hours. Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen only for them to take X-Rays, then tell me my cleaning needs to be rescheduled because it’s after 5pm. I was on time, they were running late so they should’ve honored that and performed the cleaning. Then they rescheduled me for five months later. I will never go back. Wasted two hours of my time for absolutely nothing. Not to mention the place looked dirty and the offices were cluttered with no cleared off surfaces. First and last time I’ll ever go. I’ll drive further to go back to my old dental office."

"I left another dentist (I had conflict with the way I was treated by the office manager, but everyone else was wonderful). I pulled all of my family members out of that office and went here to Coast. The grass is NOT greener on this side. I made this appointment 4 months ahead. Was examined as a new patient but than was told the cleaning wouldn’t happen for 5 months because of short staff. Really not acceptable. Staff are very nice but there are many challenges this practice is dealing with. I had to take my family members out of here and go back to my old dentist just so we can be seen in a timely manner."

"The office staff was polite and professional. My hygienist, Olga was a blessing. She was polite and professional. She demonstrated a high level of skills when she completed a pain free deep cleaning, with no pain medication. I will have no problem returning to the office for future treatments."

"Jamie made my visit so pleasant she's so caring and radiate so much joy what a blessing to have her taken care of me. She's like being in the presence of an Angel so precious I cannot say enough about this lady she made me definitely want to come back. I love Olga too she's very good to me she's very caring and gentle and the doctor is very good he knows his business."
