"Got there at 3 pm on a Saturday (when tgey close at 4 pm), and did not have an appointment. Last person before me was just leaving. Signed in on the Kiosk. Only had to wait a couple minutes. Jessica greeted me and was very friendly and efficient. Didn't even feel the stick. Was out of there in no time."

"Rude staff. Was told I have 1 min to get my insurance information or they couldn't see me.i had no reception in office. The other lady took other patients around me and pushed me out of the way. Both people were so rude. Then I waited almost an hour to get blood drawn. Then the lady said she didn't know if she got all my test entered threw my paperwork at me and I left! I will never return to this office and I will be calling corporate!"
"We had an issue with quest not getting our lab requisition and Phyllis went out of her way to help us. She was very professional, nice, and extremely helpful. She is an excellent phlebotomist. Quest is lucky to have an employee like her."
