"Well where should I start... I got Lasik eye surgery 4 years ago. Why did I wait till now to post? Well 4 years Is long enough time to evaluate the situation before truly deciding if a business is bad. First of all I got my lasik surgery. Everything was great. Staff was wonderful. Dr.crowley was a hand shake and run type of guy. After 4k spent out of pocket on surgery, my face was swollen. Eyes were stuck shut for 2 months. Anyways, that's not the issue. Issue is the procedure didn't work. My eyes are getting worse every year since. However, they told me I can do the surgery again! We will call you once we get our new machine!. 3 years later still no call.. recently spoke to an new eye doctor, and she states "you should never get Lasik unless your eye sight is stable for 3 years with no changes, That's why it didn't work." Hmmm sounds like they stole from me.. I wonder how many other people they scammed. No one asked me if my eye sight was stable. It's always changed a little every year. So no, I will not recommend them. I'm disappointed. 4k lost and still wearing glasses and can never have lasik again because of my scar tissue caused by them with no positive results."

"I have had great service in the past, Doctor Corley has really made all the difference when it comes to my daughter's eye care!!!! The reason for the 3 stars is I tried to make an appointment last week on May 5th 2023, and The staff refused to give me an appointment for anything after 8:45am. I didn't understand why, so I made arrangements with my job and then called back on Monday to make an appointment to which it was scheduled for 1:15pm. So I was very much aggravated."

"I am not one for reviews. Unfortunately, today I felt I had no choice. I called central Florida Eye institute of Ocala Florida short noticed because I woke up with a blood shot eye. Never had this happen so, even though I read everything on the internet on the subject, I decided to seek the option of an expert. I was thrilled when after being on hold, while they research my insurance for a bit, I could be given an appointment today, Thursday 4/27/2023. I asked if they were participating in my Medicare PPO insurance and they unequivocally said they did. My insurance company said they did also. I arrived on time for my appointment. The ladies and support staff I dealt with were pleasant and competent, or so I thought. Before that and to the point, in over 66 years I never have dealt with a more arrogant medical professional with the worst bed side manner I have ever seen. I was shocked. I don’t want to elaborate on his demeanor, suffice it to say I was beyond surprised. To add insult to injury, even though I was told they were in my insurance network by both my insurance and their office, they charged me for an out of network deductible because they squeezed me in short notice. Unbelievable. I will never go back to this office, or recommend anyone."
