"I've lived here 3 years. I have so many problems with my apartment it is unreal. The floors were caved in for months. Even after the floors were fixed by the new maintenance team after a few weeks, they became caved in again. There is Russ in my stove that I cook on. The maintenance man told me to clean the stove because it was just grease. But the worst part is the mold. Black mold is all throughout the apartment. I have had the maintenance team come in several times but all they ever do is quick cheap fixes that don't actually resolve the problem. I've gotten black mold clean 2 time within the last 2 months and it already come back For the 3rd time. If the problem was really fixed, the black mold wouldn't have come back. It was sprayed and paint. The mold came back 2 weeks after it was "fixed". The front office team more specifically Laura has been terribly rude and unprofessional. I don't even like talking to her when I have a problem because of how rude she can get. She often raises her voice and argues back-and-forth when she doesn't agree with you. It's like talking to a child very unprofessional. She talks fine over email, She just doesn't address the problem. She just said she's going to send maintenance in. On the phone or in person she is completely different And I can't stress enough how rude she is. I asked for the email or phone number for the district manager to report them but they ignored my email and did not send it to me. I ended up having to leave my apartment a whole month early before my lease was up because of the black mold. And they try to get me to pay for leaving early even after I told them all the health concerns there is in the apartment. That cannot be fixed while people are living there. The only reason they let me out of my lease is because I mentioned getting our attorney involved. I never once got an apology for having to live in such horrific conditions!"

"I’ve been here almost 3 years. With them being old apartments, I had a few issues here and there. Mainly has to do with maintenance and rent costs, But I will say that the new management and maintenance team has become a blessing. I had a maintenance issue, and it was resolved within a day. These apartments are quiet and safe. Never had a problem with crime or anybody lurking around. One big perk is they are like they’re a little homes. You don’t have upstairs or downstairs neighbors. That in itself is a blessing. Parking is plentiful. No issues there."

"I am fairly new to the winter wood apartment complex and so far so Great. The office ladies are very welcoming and have been very kind to both my husband and I. The area outside is very well maintained and it’s also very peaceful around here. The location is great as well! Everything is at your finger tips: gas, groceries, movies, you name it!"

"I've lived here a couple of years, the neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are kind, and if you want to keep to yourself, you can. The staff has always been great and informative any time I've had any concerns or questions. Two hurricane seasons, and nothing bad has happened. The buildings have their age, but they are sturdy and the layouts are spacious. Speaking from the perspective of the one bedroom, I find it to be perfect for singles or couples, possibly even brand new parents. Pricing is is the best in the area for the space you get, and you're not too far from down town Winter Garden, and The Grove. Shopping wise everything you need is a short drive away. Easily recommend this place to anyone whose looking for affordable, comfortable homes in the winter garden area."
