"We did enjoy living in this place. Sadly, after we moved out, they decided to charge my wife and I an extra almost $1000 for “damage from our dog”. Only problem was we didn’t have a dog, as I had to leave her with my parents in Oklahoma for the year that we lived in The Lodge. The people after us did have a dog, and we let the office know about it. Rather than simply removing the incorrect charge, they have now sent it into collections, so it is now an unnecessary debt, and it is now also hurting my hard earned credit score. Now I’m in a tough spot because out of principle I do NOT want to pay that debt. So I would beware of this place unless you want to be paying for other people’s damages. Very disappointing."
