Alta at Horizon West

"I had the pleasure of visiting the property a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed. Upon entering the property,I found the grounds to be clean and well groomed. As i toured the office, models and amenities, i found this property to be upper echelon. The office, it's office staff and maintenance were very friendly and welcoming. I will be referring everyone who i know that is looking for a new home in Winter Garden to this property. Kudos to all who work there. Absolutely stunningl!"

"*1 month review* Pros: Staff is friendly and accommodating. Jason in the leasing office is amazing and I recommend to speak to him if you’re looking to check this place out. Luis from maintenance is very helpful and responds to maintenance requests quickly. Amenities are clean and well-kept. Neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. Cons: The buildings aren’t insulated well. Floors are not concreted so if you don’t want to hear your neighbors walking above you, you’ll need to choose a top unit. Some units are close to the highway so beware of highway noise if you’re easily disturbed."

"My fiance lived at Alta Horizon and I most say that it was a great experience. We had to move to a different location due to employment and I was so sad. We had a great time with our neighbors and the staff at the office were super professional and helpful. I definitely will miss the maintenance workers because every time I need help they were there to assist. Mr. Eriberto Ruiz is the management in maintenance department and he gave exceptional service and He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taking care .I truly wish I could take them with us but I know is impossible. I give 5 stars to Mr Ruiz and how he manages his team to make sure they do their jobs correctly and making the tenant feel safe. I definitely recommend Alta Horizon apartments if you are looking for safe and fun environment. I truly miss you guys."

"We have loved every moment. We started our adventure months ago as we were dabbling on the idea of moving to this brand new location and the staff have been extremely attentive, pleasant, and professional from day 1. We've worked a lot with Brenda and we love her. She's quick to respond and has been able to take care of all our questions as they arise. Without fail she greets us with a big genuine smile and treats us like people which you do not see very often in other locations. The amenities are great too. They really have captured the luxury apartment life. Location location location is just right for us as well. We're near Disney, Hamlin flamingo crossing, etc. If you're needing a place to call home, you can consider this among your top choices."

"Brand new and beautiful! Located just west of the golf course in Horizon West, the apartments are spacious and have great amenities! The pool is stunning. There’s also a beautiful clubhouse with a weight room, meeting rooms, and a great mailroom. Internet comes built in - you just activate it with your device. My leasing rep, Lillian, was fantastic from beginning to move-in as are all the other folks in the office. There is no skimping on quality here from the electronic key fob locks to the full size washer and dryer and all appliances. Lots of paths to walk my dog (eventually there will be a dog area). Note that while a few buildings are open, much is still under construction here. I’ve been very happy with the place and the people - and of course the location can’t be beat!"
