"When we checked in the guy at the front desk wasn't very friendly but when we checked out the ones at the front desk were really nice. The breakfast was great and the ones that cleaned the tables and area were super friendly. We only stayed one night but it was really nice"

"If you book through a third party, you will be treated like a third class citizen. It will not matter if paid in full or confirmation of room. Check in staff were unprofessional & apathetic. No house keeping came in 5 days. Wifi wouldn’t connect. Front desk lack of knowledge & professionalism seemed to be directly linked to management. I do not associate experience with how stay was booked but the Marriott name and horrible management at the specific hotel."

"Very nice hotel. Just a couple of very annoying problems. Could not get a cup of coffee at 6.30 morning. The music in the dinning area was way too loud at 6.30 in the morning. Asked the front desk to lower the music twice. I was told she needs to inform the engineer. Very insulting. Also I had to move because two of the staff were continuously talk to each other while pretending to clean."

"Location is good, breakfast is fine, toilet sucks. I accidentally left my daughter’s bed rail in my room (which i understand is my fault). I called within 2 hours of checkout and it was gone from the room already & they said fill out an online form and housekeeping gives the lost & found items the next day. I contacted the next day but no bed rail. I contacted an entire week later… no bed rail. So just be extra careful not to accidentally leave something in your room at this hotel because you’ll never be getting it back. Would never stay here again & definitely wouldn’t recommend. It’s a headache trying to get my forgotten item back & at this point i will just have to cut my losses. I needed the bed rail for the rest of our vacation but had to buy another one, i just can’t imagine if i left something of more value like a phone or something personal… they’ll apparently just never give it back."

"Stayed here for four nights to visit the Disney parks and it served me well. The attendants at the front desk were super kind and helpful and assisted me with anything I had questions about. I’ve stayed here twice and the second time my room inexplicably smelled like vinegar. I’m not sure why. The hotel provides two shuttle trips to the Disney parks and I think two returning shuttles later in the evening. The breakfast served every morning has tons of options and was pretty good."
