"Overall we enjoyed living there until we moved out. They tried to charge us for stains in the carpet in a bedroom and sent us photos of the carpet being ripped up. When I responded with pictures of how I left it with no stains they stopped responding to me after multiple attempts. Very unethical and unprofessional. I would not move here again."

"Renter running a mechanic shop in one of the garages. Listening to this all day and night drove us out of there. He has unregistered vehicles parked everywhere. No wonder residents have to park in Handicap parking spaces."
"Stayed for a month with a friend and my opinion of the best things about this place is the exterior/interior design and outdoor pool- which is sadly not heated yet. I guess they're working on getting that done before next winter. They also have friendly staff. Otherwise I was surprised how many negatives this place had being as expensive as it is. The dog park didn't have baggies for nearly the whole month I was there and sadly no consequences for those who didn't pick up their dogs waste in the park or elsewhere so there was a lot of it. The park also had several really large holes that continued to get bigger with time and made the place muddy and trashy looking. The walls and ceilings are super thin so the neighbors above sound like they are stomping all hours of the night and the road construction woke us up many times as well. Now they have construction across the street and that noise replaced the road work. The apt lining the streets do not block out any noise so you'll hear radios throughout the night as well. Again, I was surprised at the lack of sound proofing since the look of the place was high quality."
