"After excessive spam emails asking for a review when I've had no interaction with them for at least two years, here's my review. I found them to be very disorganized. This week I requested a call back as their website still said virtual appointments were available to only be told that it wasn't. When I asked the consultant why their website still advertised telehealth visits, she said they were working on it. It's been since June 2021 that the telehealth mandate ended , why was their website not updated for pushing two years!! It appears someone finally corrected it."
