"I am still in the application process, but felt I needed to leave a review to let others who are looking for apartments in this area know about the excellent service I have received so far. I am coming from out of state and it's a bit stressful trying to make sure you choose the right place and get all your documentation gathered etc. Freddie has been so accommodating; even with me calling several times a day. He did a virtual tour with me and answered all of my questions. Jennifer has also been very helpful. Service like this is hard to come by these days, and for me it goes a very long way. Highly recommend!"

"Unfortunately I was needing to leave my current location quickly and needed an affordable, decent location immediately. A friend found a great deal from Windermere Cay that got my attention. I called and spoke to Christie who was the most pleasant voice ever to hear from. I asked questions and quickly decided I couldn't pass up to look at this place. My partner and i went over, walked in and was approached by a gentleman named Edward. He was more than just friendly but had a great personality and we felt immediately comfortable being ourselves. After looking over a unit, filling out what we needed, we had some concerns with credit but that didn't stop these people. They went above and beyond to make sure we didn't go anywhere else. So we went above and beyond ti make sure we got what we needed to move in. After all said and done, applications, money orders and finding the right unit, we signed our lease yesterday!! We felt welcomed, accepted and excited to be a part of Windermere Cay."

I only wish we were able to live here sooner since it was pricy for us for awhile, but after finally being able to live here it’s been so great. Everyone here is awesome!!"

"We lived there for over two years and had a great experience once flooded floors during move in was resolved. During the two years no issues until we moved out and we’re being charged carpet cleaning fees after we had the carpets cleaned on our own. The office was rude upon us questioning the charge and would not waive the fee even though we had the carpets cleaned prior to moving out."
