"My daughter was sent from Mobile Al. to the Trauma center at Sacred Heart in Pensacola, she broke her hip. And no hospital in Mobile had a bed for her. But I am so glad they sent her to Pensacola. Everyone the staff, the doctors everyone was so helpful, kind, and the room was large. They took very good care of her. Mobile hospitals need to learn from them. I wish it was closer the doctors there would be the only ones I would use. I may use anyway because it would be worth the trip. We saw different doctors on her follow up appointment and the staff and doctors was just as nice as the ones at the hospital. I am so greatful for Sacred Heart hospital and the wonderful staff and doctors. This is an amazing hospital."

"We drove an hour and a half to get to our sons surgery check in time early at 4am arrived at 5:15am. The staff at the ER was very nice with directions to surgery along with at the pediatrics center. However we were late but didn’t mind because they were helpful and still took my child on for surgery. Until the Nurse Ms. Cindy N in Orthodontics Patient After Care unit was very rude with an attitude. She made rude comments to my spouse to help me with my kids because he’s the father but my kids were asleep while their older brother was recovering for 1 hour. All my kids were well behaved and asleep. She made rude and inappropriate comments and intended to come in rushing to get my son out of Recovery by ripping his IV out waking him up crying knowing he’s already in so much pain and on so much medication. I asked politely if she could be more gentle and yelled she’s been doing her job for 30 years and just trying to do her job fast. As a MOTHER that is unprofessional and unacceptable made my child uncomfortable and feel more pain from her careless and ego of working in the medical field for 30 years. Fort Walton beach wouldn’t staff wouldn’t act the way this Nurse Ms Cindy N did. I would avoid this hospital in the future as well my own children were uncared for and were treated like animals. Never have I met a nurse so unprofessional & rude harmful at that !"

"They really go out of their way for you. They are completely understanding of your situation very knowledgeable and will connect you with a Dr if you don't have insurance. Very professional. I haven't found a hospital like this anywhere. They have a cafeteria in the hospital also and they are well staffed. Very understanding and will assign you a case manger for your particular needs. I'm super happy I have found them. Very appreciative of this hospital. Please be patient if you are in the emergency room they will get to you."

"Poor excuse for an hospital. No one tends to the patients. It's always an bad experience so I don't go anymore. My mother has been in a hallway bed since 10 am until 10pm. Now she in er room even though she was admitted around 5. The room has glass pieces on the floor, she has yet to be put in a room upstairs. They should've just said they're overcapacity instead of sticking her in here where no nurses check on her even when the machines beep for 8 minutes or the call button is pushed! It's all about the money no care! 24hrs in an ER waiting on a room and now they're forgetting her medications."
